QA MANAGER (Management Jobs), Davao in Davao City, Davao Region
1.1 Determines, establishes and agrees in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
1.2 Specifies quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
1.3 Assesses customer requirements and ensures that these are met
1.4 Investigates and sets standards for quality , health, and safety
1.5 Manages internal and external audit programs and compliance to GMP, FSSC, and other regulatory
1.6 Assures Compliance to Plant and regulatory requirements in areas of material inspection, in process quality control, finished product evaluation, GMP, Housekeeping, pest control, and other Food Safety and Quality matters
1.7 Maintains and reviews HACCP Plans and Food safety Fundamentals
1.8 Ensures that production processes comply with standards at both national and international standards
1.9 Leads QA department to ensure the quality of raw materials and its packaging
1.10 Works with operation staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures
1.11 Oversees and directs testing of procedures to assure product integrity
1.12 Coaches and trains Quality personnel to develop leadership, technical competence and effectively utilize system and people management tools
1.13 Provide technical and process knowledge for product batching, product testing, packing testing, and sanitation and supplier capability
1.14 Develops corrective action plans and improvements
1.15 Writes Management/technical reports and costumers charters
1.16 Represents quality for all third party audits
1.17 Keeps abreast and communicate the impact of new regulatory requirements with the organization
1.18 Investigates and communicates with customers on any quality related complaints
1.19 Leads the recall team
1.20 Provides leadership for future innovations products or R &D.
1.21 Performs final review and release of data/reports to ensure conformance to established specifications
