Job Scope
• Take inbound sales calls.
• Coordinate with our Vietnam office.
• Take messages and pass messages to agent in Vietnam.
• Lead mining online
• Help manage appointments etc.
• Translate simple website pages. (preferred but not essential)
• Call potential customers (preferred but not essential)
Characteristics/Qualities
• Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese
• Attention to detail a must, with solid organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Must be a team player
• Must be flexible, adaptable to a changing pace and ability to handle new situations
