FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING - VILLAGE MANAGER (Maa, Davao City) in Davao City, Davao Region

Las Terrazas Homeowners Association, Inc. (LTHAI) is looking for an energetic and highly driven individual to work with the association committees and Board in ensuring the proper implementation of the village rules and policies.
Requirements:
College graduate of any four-year course
Masters units or graduate is an advantage
Proficient in oral and written English
Experience in managing or supervising personnel
Team-player
Honest, hardworking and results-oriented
Willing to work beyond official working hours
Job Description:
Responsible for the over-all management of the village facilities
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the village, including but not limited to general administration of employees and maintenance, security, safety and utilities distribution of the village
Attends to concerns of the members, as well as inquiries from guests and clients
Ensures the implementation of the village rules and regulations
Disseminates updates and advisories of activities of the association to the members
Regularly coordinates with the members of the Board and working committees for recommendation of planned programs and activities
Formulates social and community activities to be participated by the members
