The Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Manager of the Cardlinks Teleconn Insurance Agency Inc. in his/her supervisory role, must promote and keep the maintenance of operations and make sure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Including maintaining the high morale, promotes discipline, attendance monitoring, hiring and termination, training and maintaining the quality and quantity of sales.
Offered Salary: Php 14,000 to Php 20,000

Job Description:
**Responsible in the implementation of company rules, policies and standards.
**Monitors daily sales, attendance, and individual performance.
**Hiring, training of right candidate for the job of Telemarketing.
**Responsible in providing an effective and clear focus and direction for the group's performance.
**Guides, motivate, coaches and inspire subordinates to positive performance and development.
**Recommends marketing strategies to help increase over-all sales and attain over all target or quota.
**Prepares and submits sales report.
Qualifications:
*Male *27- 35 years old *Living within the vicinity of Davao City *Graduate of any 4 year Courses *Sales Experience is required
*With at least 1 year experience in Team Management *Excellent communication and selling skills *Possesses, positive attitude, mature and professional *Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team builder, loyal and honest. *Can work under pressure *Determined, Enthusiastic and Energetic Personality *Willing to Undergo Training
