BS Accountancy Graduate with at least 2 years work experience in the field of Bookkeeping and Accounting
Self Motivated and results-oriented
Highly developed organizing skills
Analytical and meticulous with details
Prepare periodic reports and analyses on the financial position and results of operations.
Proactive and can comply with strict deadlines
Demonstrates Multitasking skills and ability to organize work loads
Can perform effectively with minimal supervision
With at least advanced Micro Soft office & excel skills
A good attitude and a willingness to move forward in your career will be keys to success in this company.
Excellent English communication skills ( Office is English & Visayas )
Duties include:
Can perform the following work:
Aging of Accounts Receivable
Aging of Accounts Payable
Asset Management
Purchasing Procedures/Documentation
Account collection via phone contact`
Bank Reconciliation
Basic Business Taxation
Payroll Preparation & Supervises all Gov't deduction documents SSS,Pag-ibig etc.
Can perform other related accounting works.
Reports to: Group Financial Controller
