Our company which is based in USA is in need of Technical Support employee.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Representative you will provide friendly, courteous, accurate and timely assistance in a call center setting to Residential and Corporate customers. You need to have a patient in dealing with the customer. Experience in this field is a plus.
Qualification:
Experience converting access 2003 from an XP environment to a Windows 7/8 environment
Experience with calling excel and word documents from access
Experience with exporting access reports to different formats
Experience with word bookmarks
Strong MS Access programming skills
Pleasing personality is a must
A good communication skill is a must.
